Our Commitment At Burnout & Grind Co., we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened spice blends or food items
- Custom or personalized knife orders
- Digital products
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items Received something damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
